1. FIND every instance of a movie from your school displaying in the runsheet

2. *Hot TIP* use the Command F or Control F shortcut and add the acronym used for your school.  You will quickly see how many times and in what theatres your movies are screening

3. Use a couple of old school tricks: print a set of the entire day, use a highlighter and highlight every movie playing from your school

4. Now make a grand plan for your presenters.  Where do they need to be and when?
